Returns allowed only within 14 days of receiving your product(s). All product(s) returned that are not defective from manufacturing may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the product and packaging are in original condition and can be resold as new, this restocking fee can be lifted. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse in China. The customer is also responsible to ensure that the product is packaged to prevent any damage from shipping. All items that were contained in the package from the manufacturer are required to be returned with product, (manuals, accessories, and other items from original packaging).
Exchanges of products (no exchanges on robots for other model robots), must be made within 14 days of receiving your product(s). The customer will be responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse in China. If there is a manufacturer's defect, or shipping damage, we will work with the customer to provide a fair exchange of refund or product(s) exchange.
Refunds on order cancellations after payment has been made, will not be refunded the PayPal transaction fee incurred by the purchase. You will only be refunded for the order amount less the PayPal transaction fee.
Before returning any product(s), the customer must contact us by email and verify the reason and details of return, refund, or exchange.
