Shipping by EMS world wide express shipping.  After payment and order processing, normally delivery takes 5-7 days after the package clears China Customs and is sent on it's way to the shipping destination. 

The Super Master robots are designed for home type use.  If you are interested in a robot for use in a club or training facility, then you should consider a better built robot for such extended use.  Any other robot we sell will be better fit to withstand the more demanding use of a training facility or club.

The Super Master 5th generation now has 2 added control functions and the following new features.

1. Audio "Language Switch" which calls out the settings in either English or Chinese voice,
    (choice of 2 versions available - A. English/Mandarin  B. English/Cantonese).
 
 2. "Irregular Serve" function that allows for random landing spots to be produced,instead of a  simple left to right continual oscillation patterns.

The control pad now has "function setting memory". When you turn off the robot it will then recall the exact settings used when you turn it back on again. Also, the Super Master 5th generation robot now has a blue colored catch net.

Also the catch net is now blue color instead of black.

The robot will come with 75-100 DHS Shield training balls.

220/110 voltage converter built in, so it will opperate in different countries.

SUPER MASTER  ROBOT  IS COVERED BY 1 YEAR MANUFACTURES WARRANTY

Super Master warranty period is for 1 year covered by Manufacture only from date of purchase. From the day of delivery to 30 days, any failing or broken part(s) will be replaced and shipped with no fees. After the first 30 days and until the end of one year, the robot is covered by the manufacture only. We will supply parts after the 30 day initial period with cost of part and shipping to customer.  Far East Sports will do its best to get parts or service from manufacture if available.  (A clear picture of part must be sent to us, or the part mailed back to us for proof). After 1 year and providing the manufacture still makes the parts, we will sell you the parts at normal retail cost of part(s) from manufacture plus shipping fee.
