Shipping by EMS world wide express shipping.  After payment and order processing, normally delivery takes 5-7 days after the package clears China Customs and is sent on it's way to the shipping destination.  

The S-27 robot will come with the following items:

- Catch net system
- Ball pick up hand net
- 100 balls (about same quality as the Oukei balls)
- Control pad clamp
- 2 side net post clamps
- Manual with English and Chinese
- DVD of a robot being used for training

This robot has a universal power supply to allow 110-240 volt supply sources. It will not require a voltage transformer, but it will require a simple end plug adapter because the end plug is for China standard outlets. 

No added shipping fee for any extra items in your order, as long as the items are not over 4.lbs and fit into the robot box.

Far East Sports will directly handle all warranty issues on all robots sold. The warranty period is for three years from date of purchase. From the day of delivery to 30 days, any failing or broken part(s) will be replaced and shipped with no fees.  After the first 30 days and until the end of the first year, replacement parts will be free, but shipping will be included. In the second and third year of the warranty, the manufactures cost of the part and shipping fees will apply. (A clear picture of part must be sent to us, or the part mailed back to our head office in China for proof). After 3 years, providing the manufacture still makes the parts, we will sell you the parts at normal retail cost of part(s) from manufacture plus shipping fee.
