This robot is made for China 220 volt standard electrical power and has a Chinese power cord.  It requires a Voltage Converter with minimum 100 watts of power.  For example, if you are in the United States, you will need a voltage converter that steps the power from 110V to 220V.  Here is an example source in the USA of such a voltage converter:  http://www.voltageconverters.com/voltage_converters.html

Far East Sports will directly handle all warranty issues on all robots sold. The warranty period is for three years from date of purchase. From the day of delivery to 30 days, any failing or broken part(s) will be replaced and shipped with no fees.  After the first 30 days and until the end of the first year, replacement parts will be free, but shipping will be included. In the second and third year of the warranty, the manufactures cost of the part and shipping fees will apply. (A clear picture of part must be sent to us, or the part mailed back to our head office in China for proof). After 3 years, providing the manufacture still makes the parts, we will sell you the parts at normal retail cost of part(s) from manufacture plus shipping fee.
